Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing online sales and wholesales orders, including:
    • order processing and fulfillments,
    • logistics arrangements,
    • online and wholesale customers follow up;
  • Proceed items and transactions into POS / ERP system;
  • Work closely with the third party logistics warehouse, local and overseas teams to ensure order accuracy;
  • Handle customers claims, product warranty and repairing issues;
  • Perform ad hoc tasks when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related disciplines;
  • With 1-2 years of work experience in supply chain / logistics field;
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered;
  • Knowledge in VBA and ERP / POS system will be an advantage.
  • Independent, self-motivated, dynamic and a good team player;
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese;
  • Potential candidate with more experience may be considered as Supply Chain Executive.

  • Pitch and build good relationship with influencers;

  • 協助處理其他庶務性行政工作 (Perform ad-hoc admin task when necessary)

  • 1年以上行政或相關工作經歷
  • 高中、專科畢業
  • 精通中文和中等英文程度 (聽、說可略懂)
